The original re-recordings of "Forever Mine" by Echoes of Silence before forming A Portrait of Flesh and Blood. Over a span of a year, the album was redone and re-imagined with new orchestrations and guitar work. Seven tracks of pure symphonic black metal with a mix of raw and aggressive black metal.

The point of this debut was to capture a little of everything in black metal from moments of death metal to doom like aspects and atmospheric melodies.

Suicide..., sorti le même mois, nous plonge totalement dans la douleur du présent. Révolue la douce mélancolie liée à la nature : Yu évoque une déprime urbaine.
